What is Big Bazaar Profit Club Card?

Membership in Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Card is voluntary, and open to all individuals of & above 18 years of age with a valid mailing address in India.

Prospective Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Members can enroll in the Program at selected FVRL outlets. Enrollment of prospective PROFIT CLUB Members can also be done through various other channels like Direct Sales Agents/Agencies etc duly appointed by FVRL from time to time.

Members can enroll in the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Program by paying a one-time registration fee of Rs. 100 (inclusive of taxes) and filling a registration form. It is the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Members’ responsibility to share the correct communication details with FVRL at the time of enrolling in the Program.

No. The physical Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Card is mandatory for any transaction.

Customers can use only one Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card on a single Invoice.

No. To become a Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB member, you need to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000 which will be topped up on the card immediately. FVRL will add an amount of Rs. 2,000 at the time of card issuance which can be used in the last 2 months.

The Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Program is applicable only to customers shopping at FVRL Stores of BIG BAZAAR, FOOD BAZAAR, or fbb – FASHION at Big Bazaar. FVRL can at any time without intimation to the Club add and/or delete Club Partners from such list. The same shall be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com.

 Members can only spend up to a maximum of Rs. 1,000 every calendar month for a period of 12 months.

Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card will not be applicable on purchases from Navaras, Star & Sitara Salon & certain other categories. The list of such restrictions will be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com and can be modified from time to time.

Amount unused in a particular month will be carried forward to the next month with a maximum carry forward up to 18 months from enrollment into the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB program.

Amount unused after 18 months of the enrollment date will be refunded upon verification of the submission of after proper customer verification.

Any purchases made through the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card can be returned as per the store’s exchange policy only through the issuance of a credit note.

The refund amount will be the amount deposited by the member, less the amount utilized by the member and excluding the bonus amount of Rs. 2000/-which the customer shall be entitled to only on completion of program validity.

It is not possible for someone to take a refund of your card in your absence as a physical card or proof of identification is mandatory.

You can block the card in Big Bazaar call center. However, refunds will be facilitated at the FVRL Outlets – Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar or fbb – Fashion at Big Bazaar in which the program is applicable. An in-person visit to the outlet is mandatory.

If any Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Member loses the PROFIT CLUB card, the member must inform FVRL’s Contact Center immediately or update on the website at www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com. Till such time the loss has been reported to FVRL, FVRL shall not be liable for any losses incurred by misuse of such PROFIT CLUB Card. A new PROFIT CLUB Card will be issued to such Member on request after blocking and cancellation of the old Card and after due and proper verification by FVRL. The fresh Profit Card will indicate a fresh Card number, however, all other Profit Card Membership Account details and the Amount Balance will be transferred into the NEW card.

A nominal fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for issuance of the new card to the member.

Cashback accumulation is a program where Profit Club members can earn a certain bonus amount in lieu of the purchases they make. This can be accumulated and redeemed against their future purchases at select formats of FRL (all Big Bazaar/Foodbazaar, fbb and ezone inside Big Bazaar). The eligibility criteria to earn a cashback bonus is at the discretion of the company and the criteria are dynamic. They can change without prior intimation to the customer.

If the card is not renewed, the unused bonus amount will lapse and will not be refundable.

The Profit Club Card is mandatory for any transaction ( Shopping or redeeming ).

The Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Program is applicable only to customers shopping at BIG BAZAAR, FOOD BAZAAR, or fbb – FASHION at Big Bazaar and ezones inside Big Bazaar, Thereby cashback amounts can be used at these formats only.FRL can add and/or delete participating formats from such list and can withdraw this program, without any prior intimation. The same shall be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com.

Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB cashback amount can be redeemed against any item from the store, except from Navaras & certain other categories. The list of such restrictions will be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com and can be modified from time to time.

While shopping, the first monthly available balance amount will get deducted followed by the cashback amount.
